How do I reset my password?

Email us at support.project.apps@gmail.com with the email address on your account and we will reset your password for you.

How do I invite crew members?

Workers must first download the app and create an account. Once they have an account, go to the Workers section and send them an invitation using their registered email address. They will receive a notification and can accept from the app.

Why isn't GPS check-in working?

Make sure location permissions are set to 'While Using the App' or 'Always' in your device settings. Geofence enforcement is configured per project by the owner or project manager β€” if you are being blocked, ask your project manager to verify the geofence radius in the project settings.

How do I export timesheets for payroll?

From the web dashboard, go to Reports and open the Payroll section. Select your filters (date range, project, or worker), then click Export. You will download a ZIP file containing CSV reports β€” a payroll summary, per-worker hours, and individual line items β€” ready to import into your accounting software.

The app works offline β€” when does data sync?

Check-ins and schedule data are stored on-device and sync automatically as soon as the device reconnects to the internet.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. On iOS: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions. If you need help, contact us at support.project.apps@gmail.com.
