Workforce and timesheet data

Location data (optional / if enabled)
Approximate or precise location at the time of check-in/out and/or geofence verification (depending on your device settings and Organization configuration)
We do not continuously track location unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires it (for example, geofence-based verification), and your device permissions allow it.
Photos (optional / if enabled)
Photos captured/uploaded for check-in verification (and related metadata such as time of capture)
Device and usage data
Device identifiers (such as device model, OS version), app version, language, time zone
Log data for diagnostics (e.g., timestamps, feature usage, error and crash reports)
Communications
Announcements you receive and notification delivery status
Feedback messages you send through the in-app feedback form (and any attachments you include)
2) How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide core functionality (projects, schedules, time tracking, timesheets, approvals/locking, exports)
- Verify check-ins (including optional geofence and photo verification)
- Generate summaries and exports (CSV/Excel/PDF on web where available)
- Send notifications and service messages
- Monitor performance, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability and security

3) How Organizations can access data
If your account is part of an Organization, designated admins/managers may be able to access, export, correct, lock, or delete certain data within the Organization (including time entries, schedules, check-in evidence such as location and photos) according to the Organization's settings and policies.
4) Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in these situations:
Service providers (processors)
We use vendors to run the App (for example hosting, databases/storage, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools). These providers process data on our behalf and under instructions to help deliver the service.
Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security (e.g., fraud prevention, abuse investigation).
Business changes
If the App is transferred (e.g., asset sale), information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to notice and applicable law.

Account controls
You can update certain profile information in the App.
If your account is managed by an Organization, you may need to contact your Organization admin for requests related to timesheets, exports, or deletion.
Permissions
You can control device permissions (location, camera/photos, notifications) through your device settings. Disabling permissions may limit some features (e.g., geofence/photo check-ins).

7) International data transfers
